Arnott and Zajac both scored for the Devils before Brodeur left the second period with a bruised right elbow and was replaced by Hedberg.
Campbell scores his first goal of the season off of a deflection of Colin White's stick.  Pisani scores his first too with a power play goal in the 3rd.  Langenbrunner and Greene both scored an empty net to put a W on the board for the Devils.

Patrick Kane and Jonathan Toews both score two goals in the game with one each being PPG.  Toews scores a career- high 4 points in a regular season game.   Evander Kane and Burmistrov scored 55 seconds apart early in the 2nd but the Hawks didn't let that stop them.  Stalberg scored the GWG in the shoot out making it his first one in this league.

Overall
The Hawks are loosing games that they shouldn't.  The core group of guys haven't shown up and the depth is not there yet.  Watching games now is kinda frustrating cause I know everyone thinks....well when's the other team going to score......or when they going to let in two goals in a matter of seconds.....why can't we score more?!  I think the Hawks need a lot of work.  The positives is that the power play is doing pretty good so far this season. Goaltending ain't to bad either.....although i know people that would disagree but they have stepped it up certain times and yes they do let in softies too!!!  Hopefully this circus road trip will turn the Hawks game around.  Maybe being away from the UC is a good thing...who knows.  All I want to see is some sort of improvement especially on the defense.  Get some grit.....get some jump.......get some drive....get some passion.  Do something!  You guys are better than this....i know you are!!  I won't give up on you guys even if everyone is saying ur not going to make the playoffs....you still have 62 games to go!!
Let's go Hawks!!!

How are the former Hawks players from the 2010 Stanley Cup team doing???

Since the Blackhawks are playing 4 former players from the 2010 Stanley Cup team on Sat (11/6/10) vs. Thrashers, my question is how are they doing on their new team.  My opinion is based upon stats so they may be playing great but may or may not producing on the score sheet.  I backtracked from the beginning of the season (09'-10') and used the same number of games that they have played this season.  We will start off with all the players on ATL.....Dustin Byfuglien, Ben Eager, Andrew Ladd, and Brent Sopel

So there are all the guys....the only guys i didn't write about are Kim Johnsson but he didn't play that much because of a concussion and Cristobal Huet is overseas so unless someone can tell me how to find it I'll be more than happy to put it up on here.  Overall, looks like a few are doing better but most are the same.  We shall see what happens in the game on Sat. vs. ATL.  As always.....GO HAWKS!!!
