My thoughts
Seems like yesterday when the Hawks were on their 9 game-losing streak.....and everyone thought we were out of the playoffs.  Well news flash...it's a long season with 82 games to be played.  The Hawks have figured out how to win games without one of their star players Jonathan Toews.  He's been out for a while with a concussion.  Hopefully he's ready to go on Thursday....the team will be upstoppable but there are two areas of concerns.  Special teams and goaltending.  If the Hawks can figure out a way to score some power play goals....maybe shooting more on goal......that would be amazing....then maybe us fans wouldn't think it's a waste of time.  As for goaltending....yes i know....if the team in front of you isn't playing defense...well chances are your going to get shots headed your way....you have to be on your game and not let in soft goals.  Smith, the Coyotes goalie, he's been pretty good this season and why some might think he's the reason they are in the playoffs.  It will come down to who's on their game and hopefully Crawford will be up for it.  The playoffs begin Wed April 11th.   It literally came down to the last game this season which teams would play each other. Here is the list of matchup for the NHL playoffs.  I will be at Game 4 for this series so if you see me make sure you check out my playoff beard and GO HAWKS!
